Dozens of Jewish settlers stormed the al-Aqsa mosque on Wednesday under heavy military protection by the Israeli occupation forces.
According to our correspondent, 51 settlers stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque during the morning tour, which lasted from 1 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. local time.
A number of settlers had performed rituals near the "Bab al-Rahma", amid their protection and escort by Israeli police and armed special forces.
It noted that, during the same period, 140 settlers from Jewish religious institutes had been stormed by an Israeli officer.
The Israeli police allow the settlers a second round of storming, which begins after the Zuhr prayer is completed at the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
They also allow them to break into the Al-Aqsa mosque from the "Bab al-Mughrabi" to the "Bab al-series" Daily except Friday and Saturday.
