Today, Saturday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health recorded 15 deaths from Corona virus and 938 new infections, after examining 3,163 samples.
In its daily report, the Ministry of Health said that 9 deaths were recorded in the West Bank (Bethlehem 2, Jenin 1, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 1, the suburbs of Jerusalem 2, Tulkarm 1, Qalqilya 1, Nablus 1), and three deaths were in the Gaza Strip and the same was in Jerusalem.
She explained that the number of patients in intensive care is 62, and patients on artificial respirators are 22.
The ministry also recorded 779 new cases of recovery, 338 of them in Jerusalem, 425 in the West Bank, and 175 in the Gaza Strip.
According to the Minister of Health, the rate of recovery from Coronavirus in Palestine reached 93.4%, while the rate of active infections reached 5.5%, and the death rate was 1.1%.
It indicated that the new injuries were recorded as follows: “Qalqilya 27, Tulkarm 27 / Hebron 44, Bethlehem 72, the suburbs of Jerusalem 41, Jenin 20, Salfit 54, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 88, Nablus 42, Jericho and Al-Aghwar 8, Tubas 2”, Jerusalem 338 (in two days), Gaza Strip (175).
