Today, Saturday, the Ministry of Health announced that 11 deaths, 281 new cases of Coronavirus, and 318 recoveries had been recorded, after 2918 examinations were performed.
The Ministry of Health said that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 86.4%, while the rate of active infections reached 12.8%, and the death rate was 0.8% of all infections.
She explained that 5 deaths were recorded in the Hebron governorate (a 54-year-old citizen from Sa`ir, a 60-year-old citizen from Deir Samet, a 70-year-old citizen from Yatta, an 82-year-old citizen from the city of Hebron, a 90-year-old citizen from al-Aroub camp), and two female citizens from Tulkarm (78 A year-old and 80 years old), a citizen of Jenin 64 years old, a citizen of Tulkarm 85 years old, a citizen of Nablus 60 years old, a citizen of Beit Surik 75 years old.
With regard to recovery cases, 273 cases were recorded in the West Bank (117, Hebron, 42 Jenin, 20 Tulkarm, Tubas 1, Jericho and Al-Aghwar 93), and 45 recovered cases in the Gaza Strip.
The ministry added that the new casualties were distributed according to the following: Hebron Governorate (16), Nablus Governorate (38), Bethlehem Governorate (29), Qalqilya Governorate (31), Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate (18), Jenin (32), Jericho and Al Aghwar ( 9), Salfit (12), Tulkarm (32), the Gaza Strip (58), and the suburbs of Jerusalem (6).
