The Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kailah, announced that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 87.1%, while the rate of active infections reached 12.1%, and the death rate was 0.8% of all infections.
In the daily report on the epidemiological situation of Coronavirus in Palestine, Minister Al-Kaila added, today, Monday, that 6 deaths were recorded (an 82-year-old citizen from Burqin in the Jenin governorate, a 53-year-old citizen from Tulkarm, a 68-year-old citizen from Bani Naim in the Hebron governorate, and a 73-year-old citizen from Nablus, and a 70-year-old citizen from Rajeeb in the Nablus governorate, and a 72-year-old citizen from Bethlehem), in addition to 4 deaths in Shuafat, Beit Hanina, Sur Baher and the Old City of Jerusalem.
Regarding recovery cases, 286 cases were recorded in the northern governorates (76 Hebron, 49 Jenin, 52 Tulkarm, 9 Qalqilya, 7 Salfit, 74 Nablus, 19 Bethlehem), 26 Jerusalem.
She added that the new casualties were distributed according to the following: Hebron Governorate (54), Nablus Governorate (21), Bethlehem Governorate (32), Qalqilya Governorate (13), Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate (35), Jenin (53), Jericho and Al Aghwar (25) ), Salfit (6), Tubas (15), Gaza Strip (118), the suburbs of Jerusalem (13), and the city of Jerusalem (10).
The Minister of Health indicated that there are 38 patients in the intensive care rooms, including 5 patients on artificial respirators.
