Ten civilians were injured by rubber-coated metal bullets, and dozens suffocated with tear gas, today, Friday, during the Israeli occupation forces´ suppression of the Beit Dajan march east of Nablus, in refusal to establish a settlement outpost.
The director of ambulance and emergency at the Red Crescent in Nablus, Ahmed Jibril, stated that the crescent crews treated 10 injuries with rubber-coated metal bullets, and dozens of suffocation with tear gas during the confrontations.
The citizens performed Friday prayers in the center of the village, before they set out on the march called by the People´s Committee for the Defense of Lands in Beit Dajan, in refusal to establish the settlement outpost established on the lands of the eastern region.
For several months, the village has witnessed confrontations with the occupation forces in the lands threatened to be seized.
