The report dealt with the Israeli violations against Palestinian facilities during the period 4/1/2021 - 4/30/2021 in all governorates of the West Bank, where 122 facilities owned by Palestinians were targeted, whether by demolition, confiscation, eviction, or notifications with the intention to target these facilities in the future.
The center said that the most prominent violations were the demolitions that affected 20 facilities, 2 of which were forced to self-demolish their owners under threat of fines and imprisonment.

Citizen Amer Salem Shqairat was also forced to personally demolish his 90-square-meter house, after notifying him earlier, in order to avoid paying heavy fines in case the occupation authorities carried out the demolition, under the pretext of not having a permit while he was living with his wife and four children.
