A group of settlers reconstructed, on Sunday morning, a new outpost on the lands of Al-Lubban Al-Sharqiya village, south of Nablus.
According to local sources, the outpost is located in the "Al-Geneina" area, which is considered one of the most vital areas overlooking the old Nablus-Ramallah road.
Those sources indicated that this is the third time within a month that the settlement outpost is being reconstructed after it was demolished by the Israeli authorities.
