Corona: two deaths in Jenin and Gaza, and 57 new injuries

The Ministry of Health announced today, Sunday, two deaths, and the registration of 57 new cases of coronavirus, after examining 3800 samples.

One death was recorded in Jenin in the West Bank and another in Gaza, and the injuries were distributed as follows: Tulkarm 4, Jenin 5, Qalqilya 1, Nablus 4, Bethlehem 1, Hebron 3, Ramallah 2, Gaza Strip 37.

And 73 new patients have recovered, while 9 patients are in intensive care, and one is on ventilators inside Corona hospitals and centers in the West Bank.

The total number of vaccinated citizens in the West Bank: 473,831 and in the Gaza Strip: 99,079, with a total number of 572,910, of whom 404,545 received both doses.

The Minister of Health announced that the recovery rate from the Corona virus in Palestine was 98.6%, while the percentage of active infections was 0.3%, and the death rate was 1.1% of the total infections.
