The ministry said in its daily report that patients in intensive care 117, patients on ventilators 26, indicated that they had examined 9,101 samples in the last 24 hours.
Sixteen deaths were recorded in the West Bank (Qalqilya 1, Jerusalem Suburbs 1, Hebron 2, Nablus 2, Jericho 1, Salfit 5, Tulkarem 1, Ramallah 1, Bethlehem 1, Tubas 1), Wahado in the Gaza Strip and 6 deaths in Jerusalem.
According to the Minister of Health, the recovery rate from MERS-CoV in Palestine was 90.8%, the number of active infections was 8.1%, and the mortality rate was 1.1% of all infections.
There were also 953 recovery cases, 136 in Jerusalem, 717 in the West Bank and 100 in Gaza.
The Ministry of Health indicated that the new infections were recorded as follows: Qalqilya 70, Jerusalem suburbs 103, Hebron 353, Nablus 197, Jericho and The Jordan Valley 41, Salfit 72, Tulkarem 103, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 449, Bethlehem 128, Jenin 70, Tubas 29, Gaza Strip 88, Jerusalem City 208.
