A worker was killed and five others were wounded after an Israeli military patrol hit their vehicle in the Jordan Valley

A worker was killed and five others were wounded, this evening, Tuesday, as an Israeli military patrol hit the vehicle carrying them in the Wadi al-Malih area in the Jordan Valley.

The accident led to the death of the 27-year-old Samer Ibrahim Yusef Maslamani, while the injured transported Hamza Saud Ali Daraghmeh and Muhammad Rakiz Ibrahim Maslamani to Israeli hospitals due to the seriousness of their health conditions. The Palestinian Red Crescent crews in Tubas also transported the wounded: Adham Mamoun Amin Tobasi, 16, and Wasim Muhammad Amin Tobasi, 18, and Bakr Mahmoud Shihab Maslamani, 25, at the Turkish Hospital in Medina, then the Arab Specialist Hospital in Nablus. Doctors described their condition as moderate.

The Deputy Governor of Tubas, Ahmed Al-Asaad, told "Quds" that the workers are all from the city of Tubas, and upon their return from the same road that they pass each day during their way to and fro from their work by means of a caddy vehicle, they were surprised by the exit of a military dowry and colliding directly with their vehicle, which led to the injury of the driver And all passengers.

Al-Assaad held the occupation responsible for this crime, which it considered a continuation of its rabid war against the Palestinian presence in the Jordan Valley and Tubas, adding that "all indications confirm that there is a deliberate crime and an Israeli warning message to prevent the presence of workers and farmers in these targeted areas."

Al-Assaad said, "We do not enslave that what happened is organized, especially in light of the increase in settler activity and the repeated attacks on workers, farmers, and breeders of the animal revolution, stone and human beings in the Jordan Valley."

Al-Assaad called on the international community to protect the residents of the Jordan Valley and Palestinian workers and to provide them with support in the face of these systematic and programmed policies aimed at emptying the land of the citizens.

The governorate of Tubas, the forces and the National Action factions, mourned a martyr Lokma Al-Hayat, a Muslim, accusing the occupation of committing a premeditated crime.

And the martyr’s body was announced today, Tuesday, after praying for his body in the yard of the Turkish Hospital in the city.
