The Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kailah, announced that 5 deaths, 452 new cases of "Corona" virus, and 368 recoveries were recorded in all governorates of the country, during the last 24 hours.
Al-Kailah said, in a press statement, today, Friday, that new deaths were recorded for citizens (76 and 84 years) from Dura town in Hebron governorate, and citizens (76 and 78 years) from Aqraba village and Nablus city, in addition to a citizen of Wadi al-Joz in Jerusalem.
She added that the new infections were distributed in the governorates as follows:
Hebron (91).
Nablus (23).
Bethlehem (46).
Qalqilya (7).
Ramallah and Al-Bireh (43).
Jenin (19).
Salfit (8).
Jericho and Al Aghwar (19).
Tulkarm (56).
Gaza Strip (45).
Suburbs of Jerusalem (15).
The City of Jerusalem (80).
Indicating that 3283 examinations were performed.
Al-Kaila added that new recoveries were recorded in the governorates:
Hebron (83).
Jenin (37).
Tulkarm (39).
Gaza Strip (90).
The city of Jerusalem (119), noting that the rate of recovery from the "Corona" virus in Palestine reached 74%, while the percentage of active infections reached 25.4%, and the death rate was 0.6% of all infections.
Al-Kailah pointed out that there are 43 patients in the intensive care rooms, including 12 patients on artificial respirators.
