State Department condemns silence over war of attrition against Gaza

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates expressed its displeasure with the silence of the international community, states, the United Nations and its competent organizations in the face of the war of attrition waged by the occupation authorities against our people in general, and against the Gaza Strip in particular.

The ministry said in a press release, that the deliberate and deliberate opening of rainwater dams again and for the third time in 10 days, a war crime with distinction and an integral part of the occupation aggression against our people in the Gaza Strip through weapons of destruction and the opening of water dams along the Ruqaya or spraying toxic pesticides on agricultural crops and many other forms of repression, abuse, siege and collective punishment against our people in the Gaza Strip.

The ministry added that the war affects all aspects of the life of the Palestinian citizen, including its already weak economies and simple possibilities, according to the official news agency.

The Foreign Ministry stressed that this comes with the aim of striking the resilience of the Gaza citizen and his ability to confront, and within an abhorrent occupation plan that is integrated with the unjust blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip and the occupation projects aimed at perpetuating the state of division and separating the Gaza Strip from the occupied West Bank, as announced by more than one official in a state Occupation.

The ministry urged various human rights and humanitarian organizations to document the crime of dumping agricultural crops with water and toxic pesticides in preparation for their lifting of international criminal and competent courts, as they rise to the level of war crime and crime against humanity to which international law and the Rome Charter are held accountable.
