Zidman added that the idea came from the Manchester Arena team and what he did with the gifts that the fans left after the 2017 suicide attack that left 23 people dead and 139 injured.
Instead of putting more memorials on the monument, Zidman asked fans to donate to various Mamba institutions.
In the first Lakers "Lakers" game since the death of Kobe and Guyana, the team left two empty seats with two shirts on them and a bouquet of flowers.
