A number of students were injured today by Israeli occupation forces firing tear gas at the Auref secondary school south of Nablus.
The head of the village council, Oref Mazen Shehadeh, that the Israeli occupation forces besieged the high school, and fired gas bombs in the direction, which led to the injury of a number of students suffocation.
He added that school time was partially organized, as part of the students had been evacuated for their own safety, and the hours and breaks were shortened.
He pointed out that the Israeli occupation forces have been in the vicinity of the school since the clashes that took place in the area on Saturday, after an attack by settlers, wounding a citizen with a fracture in his shoulder.
