Today, Tuesday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Ramallah announced the registration of 6 deaths, 382 new infections with the “Corona” virus, and 143 cases of recovery, during the past 24 hours.
In the daily epidemiological report, Health Minister Mai Al-Kaila said that the ministry recorded 4 deaths and 31 injuries in the West Bank, while two deaths and 351 injuries were recorded in the Gaza Strip. She indicated that the recovery rate from the Corona virus in Palestine amounted to 97.7%, while the percentage of active infections was 1.2%, and the death rate was 1.1% of the total infections. The Minister of Health pointed out that there are 25 patients in intensive care rooms, including 4 patients on artificial respirators, while 59 patients are being treated in Corona centers and departments in hospitals in the West Bank. Regarding vaccinations, Al-Kaila explained that the number of citizens who received vaccinations in the West Bank and Gaza Strip reached 330,154, of whom 225,906 received two doses of the vaccine.
