The Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Sebastia, northwest of Nablus, on Monday, and spread in the archaeological area west of the town.

The mayor of Sebastia Muhammad Azim reported that a number of military vehicles closed the entrances to the ancient square in the town after storming it this morning.

It is noteworthy that the Sebastia municipality is currently implementing a rehabilitation project in the archaeological square.
