The so-called Israeli environmental Protection Authority, with the protection of the occupying army, killed 30 olive trees and smashed 20 other trees on Thursday 3/1/2019 in the town of Bruqin and destroyed a 150-metre-long fence, Salfeet province said in a statement.
The governor of Salfit, Maj. Gen. Ibrahim al-Balawi, denounced the attack, noting that the practices of the occupation will not destabilize the people of Salfit and its farmers and rooting them in their land, stressing "the maintenance of the province and its competent institutions along with our people with all means and possibilities available."
