The Israeli army decided , this evening, Tuesday, to maintain a state of alert and vigilance, in the settlements surrounding the Gaza Strip , in anticipation of a response by Islamic Jihad to the arrest of its leader, Bassam Al-Saadi .
According to the Hebrew Ynet website, it was decided to maintain the closure of roads and ban movement in them, in addition to continuing to close the crossings of the Gaza Strip, and to remain in a state of full vigilance, and that educational activities and summer camps should be near protected areas.
In Gaza, the Presidential Committee for the Coordination of Goods confirmed that it was informed by the Israeli side that the Kerem Shalom crossing will continue to be closed tomorrow.
