The Israeli occupation forces applied strict military measures in the vicinity of the western entrance to the town of Tuqu ´to the east of Bethlehem.
Activists from the town said that the soldiers applied a state of military alert, which was intensive deployment and reduced training, in addition to stopping and searching vehicles and checking their passenger cards after forcing them to disembark from them. It was also reported that the soldiers deliberately obstructed the movement of citizens and vehicles at the entrance that forms the artery between the town and its surroundings.
