Wafa news agency reported that "the Palestinian citizen, Amer Shqairat, demolished his house to avoid paying a heavy fine, which forced him to self-demolish it." The occupation municipality targets the homes and facilities of Jerusalemites, and does not allow them to build or expand, under the pretext that they do not obtain licenses from them, knowing that it does not give them to them easily, and they are forced to pay hundreds of thousands of shekels to obtain them.
