Activist Asaad Dari told the official Palestinian news agency (Wafa) that the occupation municipality in Jerusalem notified Obaid to pay 400,000 shekels if he did not demolish it today, arguing that the construction is illegal.

He added that the building was newly prepared for housing, and his son Muhammad, 27, was scheduled to marry and reside in him next month.
