The occupation commits a new massacre by bombing Al-Fakhoura School in Jabalia Camp

Occupation aircraft bombed Al-Fakhoura School, which houses thousands of displaced Palestinians in the Jabalia Palestinian refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

Local sources reported that occupation aircraft bombed Al Fakhoura School in Jabalia Camp with several missiles, leading to the death and injury of dozens of displaced Palestinians.

Al-Fakhoura School, affiliated with UNRWA, is one of the largest shelter schools in the Gaza Strip, which houses thousands of displaced Palestinians who took refuge there in light of the occupation’s random bombing of its homes and residential neighborhoods in Gaza.

For the twenty-ninth day in a row, the Israeli occupation continues its aggression against the Gaza Strip, and its planes bomb residential buildings and houses, destroying them above the heads of their civilian residents. It also bombs hospitals, mosques, and schools that shelter the displaced, which led to a rise in the death toll, which reached 9,227 martyrs, including 3,826 children and 2,405 women. Nearly 23,000 were injured, with 2,060 reports of missing persons.

United Nations organizations announced that women and children constitute 67 percent of the total number of martyrs of the ongoing Israeli aggression in the Gaza Strip since last October 7.

This came in a joint statement, on Friday, by the United Nations Population Fund, the Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the World Health Organization, and the Palestinian Refugee Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA).
