The Israeli occupation authorities decided today, Thursday, to close the Ibrahimi Mosque in the city of Hebron, under the pretext of Jewish holidays.
According to the Hebron Endowment Directorate, the occupation authorities will close the Ibrahimi Mosque, starting from tomorrow afternoon, Friday, until Saturday evening.
The occupation authorities take advantage of the Jewish holidays to harass our people and impose collective punishment on them, preventing them from reaching the holy places, tightening their measures at military checkpoints, and at the same time facilitating settlers´ incursions into these places.
In the same context, the occupation forces notified the demolition of a school under construction consisting of three classrooms in the Al-Safi area in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.
