Settlers stormed, on Monday evening, the archaeological site in the town of Sebastia, north of Nablus.
The mayor of Sebastia, Mohamed Azem, told the official agency: "About 50 settlers stormed the archaeological site in the town, under the protection of the occupation army."
Azem indicated that the occupation authorities are escalating their attacks and violations against the town of Sebastia and its historical heritage, and are trying to impose a fait accompli through the settlers´ repeated incursions.
