Settlers cut down olive trees and bulldoze lands in Jalud

Settlers cut down dozens of olive trees and bulldozed tracts of land in the town of Jalud, south of Nablus.

The head of Jalud Village Council, Abdullah Hajj Muhammad, stated that settlers from the "Kida" outpost on the southern lands of Jalud, in recent days, cut down dozens of olive trees, up to 60 years old, and stole their timber.

They also bulldozed large areas of land owned by Jibril Mahmoud Moussa.

He explained that the people discovered the assault after entering their lands, which the occupation prevents them from entering except on limited days during the olive season.
