Settlers attack citizens´ vehicles south of Jenin

Settlers attacked, on Tuesday evening, citizens´ vehicles near the Silat Al-Daher town junction leading to the governorates of Tulkarem, Nablus and Jenin.

Citizens reported to Al-Quds.com that they were surprised by settler groups attacking them and throwing stones at their vehicles, despite the fact that the occupation patrols stationed and erected a barrier at a close distance at the entrance to the evacuated Homesh settlement, which was built on the lands of the towns of Burqa Wasila al-Dhahr, south of Jenin.

Our reporter in Jenin said that the settlers set up ambushes and hid themselves in the mountains of the area overlooking the main road, and threw stones directly at the vehicles, whose passengers miraculously escaped injuries.

The town of Silat al-Dhahr and the vicinity of the entrance to the settlement are on alert for the occupation forces, which have set up checkpoints since the morning, and stormed shops and homes in the area and confiscated their cameras to search for resistance fighters who opened fire on the Homesh area last night.
