Watts August, Chris Daniels, confirmed that the ads will be displayed via the Facebook-owned messaging app.
Speaking from India, Chris said the company will charge companies with a fee to communicate with users, as it will be possible to find customer services through the app and send a question or complaint.
The "Watts August " will have to respond in some cases, although BbÑ reports have reported that replies sent quickly will be free. The cost of the correspondence can range between 0.003 and 0.07 pounds for the business concerned.
Messages between customers and companies are still encrypted, but can be stored by the company you are dealing with unencrypted.
The second part of the plan is to start placing ads in the "Stories " section of the Watts August app, where companies will be able to publish their ads, although it is unclear how these ads will be designed.
It should be noted that in 2013, Watts August became free, but the company added a fee of $1 a year to use the service.
After the company was bought by Facebook in 2014, "Watts August " announced that it would not charge for the service.
Earlier this year, rumors emerged that Facebook would invest this service, leading to the resignation of the co-founder, calling on everyone to delete the social media giant.
It appears that the timeline for submitting ads via "Watts August " will start at the beginning of next year.
