During the past week, a Palestinian youth was martyred and about 140 others injured in confrontations and assaults by Israeli occupying forces in the West Bank, Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip.
"The week´s Harvest" in the West Bank said last week that the clashes had errrupted in 102 points of contact with the occupation in the West Bank and Gaza.
According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, Mohammed Samir Obeid, 21, from Issawiya, north-east of the occupied city of Jerusalem, was martyred by the shooting of the occupation during clashes in the town last Thursday.
It noted that 127 Palestinians were injured by live bullets and rubber-coated metal bullets during confrontations with the occupying forces in the West Bank (including Jerusalem) and the Gaza Strip.
Medical sources indicated that 106 Palestinians were injured by live and rubber bullets and dozens of suffocation and fractures in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, on Friday and 5 in rubber on Thursday.
She added that Wednesday was a testament to the fact that five Palestinians were shot and killed by live bullets on Tuesday and several cases of tear gas asphyxiation in confrontations that erupted in Gaza.
Two Palestinians were wounded by rubber bullets in the West Bank, on Monday, another with bruises in the West Bank on Sunday, and three gunshot wounds and bruises on Saturday in the West Bank.
According to the statistical report, Palestinian youth thread Molotov cocktails at 38 targets relating to the Israeli occupation forces and settlers in the West Bank, Gaza and Jerusalem.
The report counted 22 points of contact on Friday, 22 on Thursday, 16 on Wednesday, 18 in the middle of the week (Tuesday), as well as 19 on Monday, 5 on Sunday and 5 on Saturday.
