The commission explained that the Israeli military laws related to administrative detention orders go back to the Mandate Emergency Law of 1945, and Israel continues to apply them to Palestinian prisoners, in light of discriminatory policies, in contravention of all international laws and norms, pointing out that the current number of administrative detainees is about (540). imprisoned.

The commission denounced the systematic and harsh policies of the occupation authorities against the Palestinian prisoners, by issuing more military orders, which turned them into a collective punishment for them and their families.
