Occupation forces arrest dozens in the West Bank... and blow up a house in Nablus

At dawn on Friday, the Israeli occupation forces launched massive incursions into a number of cities in the occupied West Bank, and arrested dozens of Palestinians, including journalists and leaders of the Hamas movement.

The Palestinian News Agency "Wafa" reported that three citizens were injured by Israeli occupation bullets near Al-Azza Camp during the storming of the city of Bethlehem.

Violent confrontations broke out between Palestinians and the occupation forces, during which live bullets were fired directly at citizens, according to the same source.

A huge explosion was heard in Nour Shams camp near Tulkarm, coinciding with the continuation of the military operation inside the camp.

Local sources revealed that the occupation forces withdrew from the camp after besieging it for more than 24 hours, including violent clashes with Palestinian resistance fighters, resulting in the death of 13 and the injury of dozens.

In Nablus, more than 25 military vehicles stormed the town of Urif, south of the city, before demolishing the family home of the martyr Khaled Sabah with explosive materials, and wounding a young man with live bullets in the thigh during confrontations with Palestinian youth in the area.

Wafa quoted security sources as saying that the occupation forces stormed several neighborhoods of the city, raided and searched a number of homes, and arrested 6 Palestinians.

Israeli forces arrested 39 freed prisoners from the city of Hebron, 3 Palestinians from the cities of Ramallah and Al-Bireh, and 5 from the city of Bethlehem, according to the Palestinian Information Center.

On Thursday, the occupation launched a massive arrest campaign in various areas of the West Bank, targeting more than 120 Palestinians, including representatives from the Legislative Council, leaders, and former prisoners who spent years in Israeli occupation prisons, in addition to journalists.

The Prisoners' Commission and the Palestinian Prisoners' Club explained that the arrest campaigns in the West Bank are the highest in years, as the number of arrests since the start of the "Al-Aqsa Flood" battle until yesterday, Thursday, has reached more than 850 arrests.

The escalation of violations and attacks by the occupation forces against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank comes at a time when the brutal aggression against the Gaza Strip continues for  the  fourteenth day in a row.
