The Israeli occupation forces demolished a house belonging to a Palestinian resident of the city of Ramle in occupied Palestine in 1948.
Palestinian sources in the city told Quds Press that large forces of the Israeli police and special units accompanied by bulldozers belonging to the Israeli municipality raided the old town in the city and demolished a house under construction belonging to the Abu Hazez family, under the pretext of building without a permit. She added that the Israeli police opened a siege on the area, and prevented Palestinian residents of the city from reaching the place. She pointed out that the residents of the city of anger, following the demolition, warning of plans for the municipality of occupation in the city, to escalate the demolition of the city, especially after the recent elections won by the racist and Jewish extremists. Internal Palestinians, who make up about 20 per cent of the population within the territories occupied in 1948, suffer from a policy of racial discrimination by the official Israeli and non-official authorities, particularly in the areas of housing and employment
