Ethiopian Prime Minister Abi Ahmed received the Nobel Peace Prize this year.
The Norwegian Nobel Committee announced in Oslo on Friday that Ahmed won the award in recognition of his efforts to achieve peace and international cooperation, especially his initiative to resolve the border dispute with neighboring Eritrea.
