Netanyahu orders that military reinforcements be kept in the vicinity of Gaza

 Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said he instructed instructions to keep military reinforcements in the Gaza Strip.

"I ordered the army to remain fully deployed around the Gaza Strip, including tanks, artillery pieces, ground and air forces," he said during a meeting with Brazilian President Javier Paulsonaro.

He warned that Israel is ready to deal with all scenarios, and said: "If we had to, we are ready for a large-scale battle."

Netanyahu and Poulsonaro are due to hold a working meeting during which a series of agreements on strengthening cooperation will be signed.

Israel has brought reinforcements to the vicity of the Gaza Strip last week, the launch of a rocket from it and its fall north of Tel Aviv, wounding seven Israelis.
