A large number of Palestinian masses buried, this evening, Tuesday, the body of the martyr May Afana in the town of Abu Dis, east of occupied Jerusalem.
The funeral process started from the medical center in the town of Al-Eizariya, to her hometown, "Abu Dis", where the citizens performed the funeral prayer over her, before she was buried in the martyrs´ cemetery.
The participants in the raised the Palestinian flag, and the banners of the factions, chanting slogans condemning the occupation and its continuing crimes against our people.
The funeral process coincided with the closure of shops in the town.
The occupation authorities had handed over Afana´s body this afternoon at the Al-Zaeem checkpoint, after he had been detained since she was martyred on June 16, 2021.
