Two youths were injured after being run over by an Israeli military vehicle on Sunday evening near the northern entrance to the city of al-Bireh.
According to eyewitnesses, the two youths were riding a motorcycle when they were shocked by an occupation army mechanism, describing their minor injuries.
The Israeli occupation forces also arrested Issam al-Halabi at Qalandiya checkpoint.
