The Israeli army has decided to confiscate Jabal al-Risan, west of Ramallah, for military purposes.
The mountain is located between the villages of Ras Karkar, Kharbatha Bani Harith, Kafr Ne´ma and Deir Bizya west of Ramallah. Settlers tried to seize it and set up a settler road, which triggered clashes and marches.
