The Planning and Construction Committee of the "Benjamin Regional Council" revealed, Thursday evening, a plan to build 650 new settlement units, near Ramallah.
The Hebrew Channel 7 reported that these units will be built in the "Eli / Eli" settlement near Ramallah, and will now be transferred to the Civil Administration for final approval.
