A number of youths were injured monday evening by tear gas asphyxiation as they confronted a settler who had been blocking a settlement road in the village of Kafr Nema, west of Ramallah.
According to local sources, the youths tried to confront the settler this afternoon, while trying to build a settlement road in the "Bab al-Energy" area near Jabal al-Raisan, west of Kafr Nema, but the Israeli army stormed the place to protect the settler and fired tear gas, sound bombs and rubber-coated metal bullets towards the youths, causing several choking injuries that were dealt with on the ground.
According to the sources, the youths have been fighting the settler for several days, but the occupation army is supporting him and setting up ambushes to arrest the youths, and failing to do so.
