Injuries as the occupation suppresses a march in the Jordan Valley, in refusal to settle

The Israeli occupation forces, with the participation of armed settlers, suppressed this afternoon, Tuesday, a mass demonstration rejecting settlements in the Ein El-Hilweh area in the northern Jordan Valley, and assaulted the demonstrators, to force them to leave the place.

The occupation forces assaulted the participants in the march called by the “Fatah” movement, the Committee against the Wall and Settlement, and the National Action factions, near Ein al-Hilweh, by beating and spraying pepper gas, and arrested a young man after he suffocated and fainted as a result of being sprayed with pepper gas directly on the face.

Meanwhile, the head of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, Walid Assaf, suffocated as a result of being sprayed with pepper gas by the occupation army.

The occupation army had declared the Ain al-Hilweh area in the northern Jordan Valley a closed military zone, and gave the protesters minutes to leave the place.
