Today, Wednesday, the Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kailah, announced that 10 deaths, 670 new cases of Coronavirus, and 739 recoveries, were recorded during the past 24 hours.
In the epidemiological report on the virus in Palestine, Minister Al-Keela said that 5 deaths were recorded in the West Bank, distributed as follows: (Ramallah and Al-Bireh 2, Jenin 2, Tubas 1), the Gaza Strip 3 deaths, and two deaths in Jerusalem.
It indicated that the new injuries were recorded as follows: “The suburbs of Jerusalem (5), Hebron (47), Bethlehem (49), Ramallah and Al-Bireh (83), Nablus (33), Salfit (20), Tulkarm (18), Qalqilya (11), Tubas (7), Jericho and Al-Aghwar (4), Jenin (15), Gaza Strip (178), and the city of Jerusalem (200).
She added that the new cases of recovery were divided according to the following: “The suburbs of Jerusalem (30), Hebron (23), Bethlehem (26), Ramallah and Al-Bireh (64), Nablus (32), Salfit (17), Tulkarm (31), Qalqilya. (2), Tubas (21), Jericho and Al-Aghwar (2), Jenin (7), Gaza Strip (285), and the city of Jerusalem (199).
She explained that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 94.1%, while the rate of active infections reached 4.8%, and the death rate was 1.1% of all infections.
The Minister of Health indicated that there are 53 patients in intensive care rooms, including 21 patients on artificial respirators.
