Maarouf pointed out that, immediately after the ceasefire, all government institutions began implementing the action plan to end the inventory of damages, urgent repair of damaged infrastructure and basic services, open streets, and provide relief to those affected by the aggression.
He pointed out that the Ministry of Health continues to monitor the health status of the wounded and injured, numbering 1948 injured, and to conduct the necessary surgeries for some critical cases or arrange their departure for treatment abroad.
He indicated that the Ministry of Interior, Security and National Affairs is playing its role in preserving the home front, strengthening relief efforts, protecting property that has been bombed, and dealing with remnants of the occupation and its unexploded ammunition, while the Ministry of Social Development continues to organize a relief operation for those affected and coordinate with all other relief institutions and bodies to provide urgent aid to those affected.
