Gaza: There are 5 times more likely than the declared casualties

Rami Al-Abadla, Director of the Infection Control and Safety Unit at the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, said this Saturday evening, that there will be 4 to 5 times the number of injuries recorded in society than those announced by the Ministry.

Al-Abadleh said in statements to the local Al-Quds Radio in Gaza that since the beginning of last March, the Gaza Strip has entered the second wave of disease, and we are now in a state of escalation and we have not reached the climax even though we exceeded a thousand injuries.

He added, "There will be an increase in the number of injuries, and we know what is in the community, which is greater than what has been announced, as there has not been a complete survey of injuries in the community."

He pointed out that there are more than 65 cases that were infected again, and their infection was more severe in terms of symptoms and disease, and this is not new, but rather a global case. like he said.

The director of the Infection Control and Safety Unit in Gaza Health stated that the tests are being carried out without regard to the nature of the boom, indicating that recent tests have been carried out for the British boom.

"The sudden rise was not surprising, and it is being followed from the beginning," Al-Abadleh said. "And the matter requires concerted efforts between us and the citizens."

"Nobody can predict when the current wave will be broken, but our expectation is that it will be between April 10-20, during which we will record the highest numbers between this period," he added.
