The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced this morning, Monday, that it had recorded one death and 73 new cases of Coronavirus during the past 24 hours.
The ministry stated in its daily report that the death of a citizen Maryam Yusef Alwan (78 years), who was receiving treatment in the intensive care unit at the European Gaza Hospital.
And it indicated that 65 new cases of recovery were recorded among the injured.
It stated that the central laboratory examined 1877 new samples during the same period.
The total number of people infected with the virus in the Gaza Strip since last March reached 3427, of whom 1403 are active cases, 2001 recovered, and 23 deaths.
