Dozens of Israeli settlers stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque on Wednesday, guarded by an Israeli policeman.
The Islamic Waqf Department in Jerusalem said in a brief statement that "123 extremists stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque today, guarded by the Israeli police." The Israeli police continue to impose restrictions on the access of worshipers to the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and hold the identities of some of them at the external gates, and search their bags. Al-Aqsa Mosque is exposed daily (except Friday and Saturday) to a series of raids and violations by the settlers and the various arms of the occupation, in an attempt to implement the scheme of division temporally and spatially.
