Dozens of citizens were suffocated by tear gas, today, Saturday, as a result of the occupation forces´ crackdown on the weekly anti-settlement demonstration of Kafr Qaddum, calling for the village to be closed 17 years ago.
The coordinator of the popular resistance in the village of Kafr Qaddum, Murad Shtaiwi, said that clashes erupted in the village after the launch of the weekly march, during which the occupation soldiers fired rubber-coated metal bullets and sound and gas bombs, which led to dozens of cases of suffocation.
