Confrontations broke out in the village of Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya, after the end of the Friday prayers and the start of the weekly march towards the closed since 2003.
Murad Shteiwi, coordinator of the Islamic march, said in an interview with him: “The occupation army used brutal means of repression to pursue the participants in the weekly march, which has entered its tenth year, with rubber and metal bullets and tear gas canisters, which led to mass suffocation after the soldiers targeted homes near the confrontations, and set up Ambushes to arrest the participants. "
He added, "The participants in the popular march rejected all the treacherous normalization agreements with some Arab countries, and considered them a stabbing attack on Palestine and its people."
