Confrontations broke out in the village of Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya, with the soldiers of the occupation army Saturday evening near the closed entrance to the village since 2003.
Murad Shtaiwi, the coordinator of the weekly march, said: "The occupation soldiers tried to arrest the youths through ambushes and heavy firing of live bullets and tear gas and metal and rubber bullets towards the youths who were in the area, which led to cases of panic, fear and suffocation of the citizens inside their homes before the time for breakfast."
