The death toll from the new Corona virus has risen to more than 2,000 in China, after Hubei Province (the epicenter in the country’s center) recorded 136 deaths in the past 24 hours.
In its daily update of the death toll and injury, the Health Commission of Hubei said that it recorded, today, Wednesday, in addition to these thousand and 749 new infections during the past 24 days, the lowest daily number of injuries in a week. This brings the total number of deaths to two thousand and 5 cases, including one from Hong Kong Autonomous Region, while the number of injured people rose to 74 thousand 185 people, about 977 of them are in serious condition. Outside China, the number of people infected with the virus has reached 900 today, spread over nearly 30 countries, and only five of them have died, according to official sources. The new Corona virus appeared last December in a market in Wuhan, spreading to three other Asian countries: Japan, Thailand and South Korea. "Corona" virus is similar in its symptoms to pneumonia, its symptoms include fever and breathing problems, and it is similar to the one that causes acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). The emergence of the new "Corona" virus in China caused a state of terror throughout the world, especially after the World Health Organization asked to prepare for cases of HIV infection.
