Cases of suffocation during the weekly Kafr Qaddum march

Dozens of citizens were suffocated with tear gas today, Friday, during the Israeli occupation army’s suppression of the weekly anti-settlement march of Kafr Qaddum and the demand to open the village street, which has been closed for more than 17 years.

Eyewitnesses reported that the occupation soldiers suppressed the participants in the peaceful march, assaulting citizens and journalists, and colleague Muhammad Inaya, Palestine TV cameraman, knew of them, in addition to the massive firing of tear gas and tear gas canisters towards citizens´ homes, which led to tens of suffocation.

They added that the youths managed to shoot down a small plane used by the occupation soldiers to fire tear gas canisters at the marchers.
