A local government in Australia has ordered the killing of a fierce bird of a magpie crow after years of carrying out attacks on residents in Sydney and its suburbs.
The decision was made by the Hills Shire Council in Sydney after receiving dozens of complaints from residents who were directly attacked by this hostile bird.
The magpie has clever techniques in attacking its victims, avoiding helmets and directly attacking people´s faces, making it a real public health hazard, the council said.
The ferocious hunting of the fierce crow was carried out on August 28, following the official approval of Australia´s National Wildlife and Parks Authority.
There were reports of professional experts searching for a long time before they detected the crow´s place and killed him, while the police were present at the time of hunting.
